Q. What is Autoship?
A. This program is an AUTOMATIC backup order to keep you qualified if you do NOT meet your minimum monthly qualifying Business Volume (BV) for the Builder, Ultimate Wealth Builder, Business Builder or Wealth Builder Package that you are currently signed up for.
For example, if you are signed-up with:
Builder Package, the BV is 20.00
Wealth Builder Package, the BV is 30.00
Each month, beginning on the day of the month you indicate your Autoship date to be (must be no later than the 25th of the month), and then the same day each month thereafter, the product(s) that you have selected will be shipped to you ONLY if you do NOT have the qualifying Business Volume (BV) that you need on your account. If you MEET the qualifying Business Volume (BV) that you need on your account, your Autoship order will NOT be sent. If you still want products at that time you will need to place a separate order.

Q. What are the benefits of Autoship?
A.
  1. You receive tremendous savings. Anytime during the month you can purchase many of the products at the discounted Autoship and Premier Discount Price. To recieve the Premier Discount Pricing you will need to have an Autoship template set up and generate at least 50 BV per calendar month.
  2. Your Autoship guarantees that NatureRich Distributors will meet their minimum monthly qualifying Business Volume (BV) for that month.

Q. How do I set up my Autoship?
A. Log into your Back Office and select BACKUP AUTOSHIP ORDER. Enter the item number and quantity of the product you want, select SAVE CHANGES. Repeat for each product you want to add to your Autoship order. You may also call Customer Service and they can assist in setting up your Autoship for you.

Q. What day is my Autoship order shipped?
A. The date that you initially set up your Autoship (online) is the date that your Autoship will be shipped. To have your Autoship ship on a different day, call Customer Service to have the date changed. You can select any day from the 1st to the 25th of the month.

Q. How do I change my Autoship?
A. Log into your Back Office and select BACKUP AUTOSHIP ORDER. Enter 0 (zero) in the quantity box of the product you want to remove, select SAVE CHANGES. You may then add a new product by entering the item number and quantity of the product you want, select SAVE CHANGES. Repeat for each product you want to change in your Autoship order.

Q. How do I delete my Autoship?
A. Log into your Back Office and select BACKUP AUTOSHIP ORDER. Enter 0 (zero) in ALL of the quantity boxes and select SAVE CHANGES. Your Autoship Order Template is empty and nothing will be shipped on your next ship date.

A. Log into your Back Office and select BACKUP AUTOSHIP ORDER to view your current Autoship order.

A. No, We only accept MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa and Visa debit cards.

A. You can make changes to your Autoship template up to 12 hours before your ship date.
