How do you ensure the quality of the water in your products? Q. How do I know that your products are pure, clean and of a consistently high quality? A. 1.) Experienced Quality Professionals NatureRich employs professionals with over 70+ years combined experience in Product Development and Quality Assurance Management. These professionals have set up production programs, policies and procedures to ensure that our products are safe, clean, consistent and compliant with the requirements of all regulatory agencies. 2.) Manufacturing Process Our bottled products are manufactured in an FDA Registered facility in Maple Grove, Minnesota. They are manufactured on food-grade stainless steel equipment under sanitary conditions. Employees handling the product wear clean clothing, gloves and hairnets. The production area and all the equipment are sanitized daily. 3.) Product Quality The products themselves are tested for accuracy of formulation, consistency of attributes and cleanliness. Some of the tests are performed by an outside laboratory; others are performed by our employees during the manufacturing process. Some of the tests we run on every batch of product that we manufacture are pH, viscosity (thickness) and standard plate count (cleanliness). Records are kept of all results. Our products all contain production date codes. This helps us to identify and isolate any questionable product until further investigation can be done. 4.) Packaging Quality Our product is packaged in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) to maintain the quality of our products over their shelf life. This is the best material available for our Alkaline products. HDPE presents no known hazards, is recyclable and will not leach into the product over time. In addition, we use high quality, biodegradable shipping materials to avoid further pollution of our planet. Back to top Q. How do I know there are no harmful chemicals in your products? A. When formulating products, much research is done to ensure that we are using only the highest quality, safe and natural ingredients, and, that there is no research indicating that these ingredients are in any way toxic.
